Your brand, end to end
Use your domain, logo, favicon, colour and typeface, with branded system email.

01 / White Label
Built for distributors that want to launch quickly without engineering their own customer platform, operational tools and reporting environment.
Included identity layer
Use your domain, logo, favicon, colour and typeface, with branded system email.
Give each customer a secure account for their catalogue, analytics and finances.
Manage artists, labels, releases, tracks, quality control and delivery in one place.
Receive a master statement and prepare branded customer accounting from your splits.
One master administrator, unlimited customers and eligible employee access.
Coordinate account migration and S3-based bulk catalogue onboarding.
A clear product boundary
White Label adapts the approved visual identity layer while preserving the core application, module structure and operating logic. Bespoke additions—such as enhanced login branding, gradient headers, legal-document integration or removal of the Move Music development credit—can be quoted separately when technically viable.
Sell Subscriptions
Connect your own Stripe account and sell subscription plans directly inside your branded platform. You control the offer, pricing, customer relationship and revenue—without Move Music handling your subscription payments.
Subscription payments are processed through the Stripe account owned and configured by your business.
Create up to five plans and define their prices, billing intervals, descriptions and customer-facing benefits.
Your users subscribe inside your White Label and receive subscription emails from your own email domain.
Plan controls
Pricing and billingPlan name, price, available billing interval, currency and required customer-facing description.
Features and modulesAdd selling points and enable eligible Music Link or Link Landing Page access per plan.
Allowances and dealControl song, artist, Music Link and landing-page limits, plus the optional sub-user deal percentage.
Activation path
Your business owns the payment setup and compliance information. The White Label provides the subscription configuration and customer experience.
Retrieve the live Secret Key and complete the required Stripe business and tax setup.
Add the Secret Key in Subscription Configuration. Saved API and webhook credentials are encrypted and are not displayed again.
Select currency and choose tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive pricing so it exactly matches the Stripe configuration.
Configure up to five plans, review the live customer preview and publish the offer you want customers to see.
Enable the feature in Brand Configuration and allow time for deployment changes to reach every user profile.
Keep existing users unrestricted on a Legacy Plan, or require them to purchase a subscription on their next login. Communicate the change before moving customers to subscription-only access.
Customers can choose a plan, view subscription dates, upgrade, cancel and see their current allowances for songs, artists, Music Links and landing pages.
Review subscription status and balances from My Sub-Users. Every new sub-user still requires manual distribution activation after your KYC review before releasing music.
Keep the Stripe Secret Key private, enter business and tax information accurately, and make sure the White Label tax setting matches Stripe. Pricing changes must be made inside Subscription Configuration because direct Stripe price edits do not sync back to the platform.
